The Grounds of Alexandria is a lovely venue that attracts many people on the weekend however on this particular night, it's the venue which is hosting UberEats first birthday. Ompty Media kindly extended an invitation to Weekend Food Escapes.
UberEats has been bringing delight to many people by delivering the food you want and love and an uber speed - from Maccas to amazing blame canada burgers. I am fortunate enough to be invited this event as part of Ompty Media.
As I walk into the Grounds of Alexandria, I am immediately drawn to the big wall of donuts and the large display of krispy kreme donuts and black star pastry cake. There's something really visually appealing about all the bright colours an I can taste that krispy kreme taste in my mouth.
Also there's a few skill tester game machines which I poke my head by. Unfortunately I don't have the skillz tonight to pick up a Uber t-shirt from the skill tester but it's a lot of fun all the same.
I cheers and have a great night talking to a mix of restaurant owners, influencers and of course my Ompty crew. I just want to wish UberEats a big happy birthday and I hope the next year is just as amazing.
