Kinn Thai, Castle Hill

Kinn Thai is located into the new refurbished Castle Towers Piazza. There's lots of eateries and fun things to do in Castle Hill. I drop by Kinn Thai for some drinks and dessert as we have just had lunch at Pappa Rich in Castle Hill.

Kinn Thai has a bright big bar as you enter. There's lots of different spirits lined up against the wall. The foodies are treated to a whole host of cocktails to start with.

Kinn Thai has this giant metal container that looks a bit like a blender. It has this bright blue liquid that looks like gatorade. This is a vodka concoction which we pour into little shot glasses. Matt can't really taste the alcohol in any of the cocktails.

Kinn Thai has a series of desserts which Matt and I share with the other foodies including this sweet bread, chocolate, vanilla ice cream and strawberries. 

There's also this chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream. The chocolate fondant is well prepared as there's soft chocolate liquid in the middle.

There's also this mango sorbet that sits on small cubes of jelly which is quite nice to eat as well. So overall, I quite like Kinn Thai. I'll have to come back and try the food!
