Lilly's is located in the Rhodes Shopping Centre and has seating inside and outside. The seats nearby the entrance may give you too much of the noise from the shopping centre.
By day, you will often see lots of people in Lilly's during the day with coffee and cake. There's a nice big display of their cafes and other treats which often look tempting. By night, you will see lots of pizza and pasta dishes all across the restaurant.
I wasn't sure what to expect as it was within the shopping centre to be honest. I ordered the Linguine Pescatora. It had linguini with mussels, prawns, fish, calamari, tomatoes with garlic and chili (at $25). The pasta was quite nice and there was a reasonable amount of seafood.
I also tried some of the Pappardelle ($22, above), the homemade pappardelle was served with a tomato and veal osso buco ragu. It was very tasty.
Overall I was pleasantly pleased with my experience. It's a shame that it's within the shopping centre and it ruins the atmosphere. Not bad for a local casual Italian dining experience.
