Mr Stonepot, Chatswood

After a random walk around Chatswood, I stumbled upon a queue of people at Mr Stonepot and decided that it was now on my list to try. The restaurant at Chatswood is located within a random shopping centre opposite Westfields. Within the shopping centre, there's a food court sort of area where they can serve you or you can also sit inside the restaurant.

Niko's Kitchen, Dulwich Hill

My food fantasies have come to fruition when Matt and I visit Niko's Kitchen in Dulwich Hill. Niko's Kitchen is located right next to the Dulwich Hill Train Station and is famous for their burgers, gyros and their vegan menu. I was a bit surprised about their vegan menu to be honest but curious at the same time.

Essence of North India, North Ryde

Matt and I have driven past Essence of North India in North Ryde several times and it's been on the list to try. We arrive on a Sunday evening and seated immediately. There's a big dining room of out dated furniture and a few chairs have tears in them. I'm not too phased as if the food is great then it doesn't matter about the furniture. But first I need to try the food.

The Calyx, Tomato Festival

The Calyx is a little oasis in the middle of Centennial Park. I love the escape it brings from the city. There's an exhibition at the moment called "Plants that Bite" with an array of carnivorous plants. They are beautiful and quite delicate in their own way. Matt and I are also invited to a special event held at the Calyx as part of the Tomato Festival on 17th February 2019.

This dinner involves 6 courses and immersive entertainment art. Let me tell you more about my experience!

Borrusos, Crows Nest

It's date night for Matt and I. On this particular night we head to Borrusos in Crows Nest which is a new Italian restaurant for the area. Borrusos also has an established restaurant which has been in North Bridge for some time.
