Georgie Porgies, Parramatta Westfield

There are so many people in Westfields Parramatta shopping. Sometimes I dread parking as it can take some time but it's so popular because it's big with all the retailers that you want. Everybody needs a break though and for those who want to avoid the food court, they sometimes head to Georgie Porgie's for some coffee, lunch or dessert.

The gorgeous sweetandyummie on zomato/instagram invited me to join her to check out Georgie Porgies. We talk all things instagram, blogging and life while we order some lunch. The coffee orders all line up and a small crowd lines up at the till.

George Porgie's toasted salmon sandwich is $12 which has salmon, onion and rocket with a light aioli sauce is a crowd favourite. Sweetandyummie is a fan of the lamb wrap $13, below. This wrap comes with roasted capsicum and rocket in addition to the slow roasted lamb.

Otherwise, check out the breakfast menu with the avo smash ($15) which is a generous dallop of avo which will make you feel more awake lol. It will give you more energy to power on shopping. haha.

For dessert, we get an array of scrolls, almond croissaints, tarts and cakes. My favourite is probably the lemon tart. It goes down well with my earl grey tea.

There's also milk shakes ($6.50, below) with syrup so if you love those thick, sugary syrups then this one is for you. I personally find them too strong so I stick to my earl grey tea ($4.50).

So check it out if you are looking to escape the madness of the food court. It's located on level three, just outside of cotton on/JayJays. Unwind while you take a break from consumerism.
