So it's a cloudy day but here's a recommendation for those who are new to Sydney or tourists visiting Sydney. Taste Food Tours does a great day out starting in the city where you get on the rivercat to Parramatta.

Tatsuya, West Ryde

I've been tossing up between my favourite Japanese restaurant in West Ryde.  I head back to Tatsuya though on this particular Friday to get my sashimi fix.  

The Backyard, Concord

It's a relaxing Sunday afternoon and in the relaxed suburb of Concord is venue "The Backyard". It's hidden within the Briars club so you initially see lots of lawn bowls and a pub but walk a little further in!

Hawa, Granville

It's been some time since I've been to Hawa but I've been having some cravings so Matt and I had to go back for a meal. Not much has changed since I last went.
