Roll'd is located near the cinema in Parramatta Westfield. I am of Vietnamese descent so I was really hoping a fresh and tasty Vietnamese meal at Roll'd. Unfortunately Roll'd is more of a fusion restaurant which has toned down the explosive flavours normally found in Vietnamese food.
The pork roll "Banh Mi" (below, $9.50) which is roasted pork with crackling was a nice sandwich but wasn't quite Vietnamese. The chicken roll ($8.50) was a nice sandwich as well - just not so Vietnamese. I love a Vietnamese baguette because it's nice and crispy. The sandwiches would fit in nicely at a cafe.
The cup of pho is ($6.50, below) really bland because the broth seems just to be beef stock rather than a stock that has been simmering for hours (which occurs in Vietnamese restaurants). Traditional phở has flavoursome broth with herbs. I wouldn't order this one again.
Not sure if I'd come back unless I was after a sandwich.
