It's Sushi Hub's 10th Birthday in October so you only have a few days left to see if you can win prizes from their major give away! I stop by sushi hub for a take away lunch.
Sushi Hub is a great little chain for take away Japanese lunch or dinner. I decide to try to cap my lunch to $10.
I decide on a salmon nigiri which is topped with a bit of mayo and scallop nigiri which has also been slightly seared. Love it.
If you are hungry, I think the most filling are the inari which is a tofu skin boat of rice and is topped with toppings. I choose the seaweed inari, vegetable inari and the octopus inari.
It's an inexpensive form of sushi and there's more rice than you'd typically get in a sushi roll. Not bad for a quick lunch and lunch for $10. Check it out !!
