Have you been to Yasaka Ramen yet? I can't believe they have this GIANT RAMEN with a PORK RIB. How delicious!!!
Yasaka Ramen is located in Sydney CBD and also neutral bay. They are known for their ramen and their big portions.
MW is super hungry as we enter so naturally he ordered the biggest thing on the menu.
This is the Mashi Mashi King ($36, above) which is a king sized ramen topped with grilled ribs, kakuni (slow cooked) tender and juicy soft pork bone with chashu (pork belly), egg, bamboo shoots, spring onions, seaweed, cabbage, bean sprouts and of course - ramen noodles. This is an EPIC ramen ideally eaten by two people or if you are super hungry - maybe one.
The pork rib is so tender and fatty. MW was in heaven and loved the decent portion of meat on the rib. WOW!!! A must order and make sure you are hungry.
With the warmer weather, I order the Spicy tsukemen which is a cold noodle dish which you dip into the spicy broth. It's a really good dish for noodle lovers as you can control how much broth you want to eat.
The spicy tsukemen broth is a bit spicy and gets spicier as you eat it. By a few mouthfuls, I eagerly drink more water to ease the spicy pain. I like it!!
Summary: Ramen Lovers. No Ramen. No Life. You know it. Drop by Yasaka Ramen if you love Ramen. They have a diverse range and that Mashi Mashi Ramen is so generous in portion and is so delicious with that giant pork rib. I also like the dipping tsukemen ramen.
