Summer is now upon us and here come the social events in December! I've been to Hunter and Barrell a number of times for work events, social events and plenty of foodie events. Hunter and Barrell is located on Cockle Bay Wharf and has a new Elements menu. I'm here on a Thursday night and it's a full house.

It's been about a year since I've been to Blackbird Cafe which is located on Cocklebay Wharf.  I have always been lucky and been seated outside where I've had a nice view of the water of cocklebay wharf.

Nick's Seafood Cocklebay Bay Wharf Foodie Crawl Part 2

Did you catch part one of my foodie safari? Part two starts off at Nick's Seafood on Cockle Bay Wharf. We are treated to some of the canapes that they serve when they cater to big groups or weddings. I am reminded how beautiful Cockle Bay Wharf is and the great venues in this area.

I have had a long day and look forward to letting my hair down by going on a food safari @ Cockle Bay Wharf. I head to Hunter and Barrel for the first stop. It's time for a foodie escape.

Blackbird Cafe, Darling Harbour

Blackbird Cafe is located in Darling Harbour, Cockle Bay Wharf. It's been there for a long time since I can remember from my high school days. It's in a spot with a nice water view so it's ideal for a casual drink or a bite to eat.

Hunter and Barrel, Darling Harbour

Matt and I often walk along Cockle Bay Wharf and on this particular Saturday, we visit Hunter and Barrel in Darling Harbour. As I walked along Pyrmont Bridge, I couldn't help but appreciate how beautiful Sydney is. I love Sydney!

Since moving onto a new job, I no longer work in North Sydney. My new workplace is in Sydney CBD so I now get to check out different haunts.  One of the senior managers at my work booked at lunch at Helm Bar in Darling Harbour.

Malaya, Darling Harbour

Drinks galore 

 Malaya is a tasty and posh restaurant. It still has the tasty flavours of Malaysian food with a side of other Asian flavours but set in a trendy and waterside location.  Bustling and full of life, a lot of people flock to Malaya for a hit of Asian food.
