Chur Burger, Surry Hills

Another wonderful experience at Chur Burger.  I came early this time so I didn't miss out on the sweet potato chips.  They did not disappoint with the salty, sweet flavours in the potato ($5)

But the highlights are definitely the wings ($10) and the burgers ($10 per burger). The chicken is so succulent and tasty with all the trimmings. There's a generous amount of chicken and I love the hot mayo with the lettuce.

The beef burger ($10) is perfect cooked, pink in the middle.  The beef burger has the traditional trimmings of cheese, tomato jam, mustard mayo and classic pickle. Just a beautifully put together burger and cooked so well.

The wings were the perfect starter and were amazing.  The chicken was drenched in the sweet barbeque-like sauce, perfectly cooked. Simply dip this into the blue cheese sauce. Wow. Amazing.

This went very well with the salted caramel milkshake too. Yummo.
