Miso, World Square

Miso has great bento boxes for those who like to eat a little bit of everything. Or you can settle for a nice set where you can choose a sashimi or sushi set to accompany your main of Katsu, Eel or other desirable main dish.

There has and always has been a slight queue around 6:30pm to 8pm.  To avoid the queues @ Miso; have a few drinks across the road.  Miso is not known for their sashimi, they are known for their bento boxes and sets so I highly suggest you order one of their sets or bento boxes.

Recently I ordered the Eel set (which includes eel on rice, sashimi, miso soup, a bite of potato salad and a yoghurt for dessert).  It was as delicious and consistent as it has been over the last 10 years that I've been coming here. It's one of my favourite cheap Japanese eats in Sydney!

Prices: $20 per person. You can BYO
